Benign tumours and Cysts of oral cavity are rare lesions. Theses lesions most commonly occur in lower or upper jaw , maxillary sinus region. The aetiology of these lesions is mostly unknown. Theses are slow growing, mostly asymptomatic lesions which are mostly diagnosed late or as an accidental findings. Treatment of benign lesions depends upon type of cyst/tumour and site of it. If treated appropriately benign tumours and cysts of jaw have good prognosis.
